Cruelty-Free Brands at Sephora – Sephora is my favorite store to buy beauty products. But they carry over 200 brands so it’s challenging to know which ones are safe to use. So I created this list of cruelty-free brands at Sephora to know which beauty brands to buy.
Sephora’s Cruelty-Free Brands It’s important to know that not all brands are cruelty-free. Sephora does carry some brands that have tested on animals, and some are just plain cruel. So I’ve taken the time to research every single brand Sephora carries and included their cruelty-free status.
I have also included a link to their website where you can read their full statement on animal testing. You’ll notice that many brands are cruelty-free, but some aren’t.

We are now living in a world where we are constantly exposed to animal products. So, it is important that we consume products that are cruelty free and environmentally friendly. This is why, as a woman, I am always looking for new brands of beauty products to try out.
While shopping for products online, I tend to use the Google Search Bar and look for products that have at least five star ratings. It is important that the products are both reliable and user-friendly. I have found some of my favorite brands by looking for them on the Google search bar.

Brands that are NOT Cruelty-Free at Sephora
People who know me are aware that I am quite passionate about animal rights. I love animals and I try to do my part to help them.
One of my favorite things to do is to help raise awareness about the cruelty of cosmetic companies. It really bothers me to see how animal testing is still very much alive in the beauty industry today.
Because of this, I am aware that some individuals wish to avoid purchasing at Sephora altogether. If you choose not to purchase from Sephora, you may always visit the shop to view cruelty-free goods and products in person, take home samples, and then order online from the brand or Ulta.
Sadly, Sephora carries a long range of brands that are not cruelty-free. This is not an exhaustive list of brands sold at Sephora that are NOT cruelty-free. Is Sephora Brand Cruelty-Free?
No, Sephora Cosmetics is not a cruelty-free makeup brand. Unfortunately, I was unable to find their animal testing policy. However, Sephora’s makeup collection is sold in China through its Chinese website. Also, Sephora is listed on PETA’s list of brands to avoid.
